Mystical Hug Community Yoga is a twice monthly yoga class that will make you feel like you just got a hug from the universe. All levels are welcome to this fun and uplifting class, which blends different styles of gentle yoga with great music and an encouraging atmosphere. Each week will feature new themes and challenges, and fun facts to support your health and curiosity. Maybe learn some Sanskrit, Yoga philosophy, or a funny looking exercise to keep your eyes working into old age. Good vibes guaranteed or your money back!
Dress in comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes before class starts to get settled. Mats are available for free to anyone who doesn't have their own. Park and enter through the back door.

Metal Yoga

Mystical Hug Metal Yoga is a 6-week session where we'll have fun practicing some feel-good yoga moves to some very non-traditional yoga music. In this class, we'll pick a different album to explore in entirety each week.
